    Amazing service!!! They replied so promptly (within minutes) and laundry was arranged right away. They came to pick it up in Seminyak, we just put the laundry in bags and they gave us an invoice and quote, which was a really good price, and laundry was received the next day, very friendly and kind staff members through out the whole experience, the delivery man even waited 10 minutes outside for us which we really appreciate! The clothes came wrapped nicely, smelt great, very clean, pressed, highly recommend and will be using again!

    The shop is accessible and clean, the reason there are so many 5 stars are because they offer you a 10% discount for giving them 5 stars.We paid for the express service and we’re told it would be ready at 10am the following day. The following day came and we were still waiting at 12pm, we messaged and called numerous times after 3pm and did not get a response. We knew the number was correct as it was the one that they had confirmed the order on. We finally got through after 4pm and were told it had still not been delivered, we were told they had free delivery service when we dropped our laundry off and took the offer so that we could continue our plans however we wish we had agreed to pick it up at 10am so that we had it. We had also paid up front as request and tipped.No communication was provided at all throughout the day, if we had done it last minute and had to leave we would have been in trouble.We were also asked again when the laundry was delivered on how we would like to pay despite already paying the previous day. The clean laundry was also handed back in the same bag that the ‘dirty’ laundry was handed in.Staff were friendly however the service provided for delivery was not very good at all.

    I thought so many 5 star reviews.... That is too good to be true....But yes it is this good. We had the express package, free pickup and delivery. They communicate accurately about the total weight and price. And you pay when delivered.Great service. Clothes washed well, dryed and folded delivered.Thank you Hubit Laundry.

    The best laundry companion when staying in Bali. I stayed in the Kuta area, and their offer free pickup and delivery services. They can pick up until late at night, and deliver the finished laundry at the exact time of services of our choosing. I have already tried from regular to super express, and they delivered the promised time. The clothes themselves are clean and smell good but not too strong. Give it a try.

    Simply incredible service. Just short of 100,000 rupiah (£5/$6.30) for a full (very) big bag of laundry to be washed, ironed, packaged up in 24 hours, all picked up and delivered to/from the hotel.Everything processed and packaged so professionally with individual, itemised billing and invoice.Would 110% recommend.
